Our Policy:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, that is up to the postal service you use to ship the item back.

30-day GUARANTEE: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your item for an immediate full refund!
Our policy lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed since the date of receipt of your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sealed in the original packaging.
We replace items that are defective or damaged in transit. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at EHK@4perfectart.com with pictures of the damaged items within 30 days of receipt of the products.
After you receive the item, we will send you a return postage sticker that you can use to return the product to us. We will then send you a replacement, if available. If no replacement is available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and confirmation of identity.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@pushupgrip.com
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be electronically sent to you via email
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Absolutely! We always want you in the loop. Tracking information will be sent to your email automatically once your order has been shipped.
Your order will be shipped out within 3 business days and you will get an email upon dispatch. If you have not received an email after 21 days from purchase, please contact our support team for your tracking information.
Do you ship worldwide? Where do you ship from?
Yes, we ship worldwide to almost every country. There are a few exceptions of places we cannot ship to, in part due to Covid-19 and shipping expenses.
We have multiple warehouses across the United States. In some cases, orders with multiple products may arrive separately, depending on the location of fulfillment.
What are your shipping / processing times?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
For delivery, please allow 7-12 business days for orders in the United States, and 14 business days for international orders.
